CALIBRATION OF THE PRESSURE SENSOR
-
You must have an
auxiliary gauge
near DGFIT
-
Isolate DGFIT from the system and
bring the pressure to zero (0 bar)
-
Start the calibration
of the pressure sensor according to the diagram below.
Switch the inverter off
Switch the inverter on
The display shows “STARTING” for 10 seconds.
Press simultaneously the 4 buttons, within the 10
seconds of STARTING.
The display shows “ZERO”

to confirm and proceed the calibration,
press TEST
The display shows “P 5.0”
Bring the system pressure to the displayed value (5,0
bar), by starting the pump and adjusting the pump
speed, until you reach 5,0 bar (see below)
If the pump is
not able to
reach 5,0 bar
reduce the required pressure by pressing the button
until you reach the desired pressure (e.g. 3,5 bar)
Start the pump by pressing START
adjust the working frequency through the buttons
and (step 1 Hz),
until you reach, on the
auxiliary pressure gauge, the pressure required on
the inverter display
