Using the keyboard

Connecting to the keyboard in Airplane 
mode

If you enable Airplane mode on your tablet while the keyboard is 
connected, Bluetooth turns off and the keyboard stops working. 
To reactivate the keyboard with Airplane mode enabled, disconnect 
the keyboard from your tablet and then reconnect it. For more 
information, see “Disconnecting your tablet from the keyboard” and 
“Connecting your tablet to the keyboard”. 

When the tablet and keyboard are reconnected, your tablet stays 
in Airplane mode and only Bluetooth turns back on. You can also 
manually turn Bluetooth back on to reactivate the keyboard.

If you connect your tablet to the keyboard while Airplane mode 
is turned on, a prompt appears asking if you want to enable the 
keyboard. If you choose to enable the keyboard, Bluetooth turns back 
on automatically.
