Installing an IP4700

Attaching the Power Cords and Powering Up the IP4700

For access to the ac power inlets, you must remove the drive fan pack.
See Figure 2-14.

To attach the power cords and power up the system:

1. Grasp the latches on the drive fan pack.

2. Squeeze the latches together and pull the fan pack from the

enclosure.

3. From the back of the cabinet, plug the ac power cord into the top

power supply’s ac inlet (PS A), located on the left side of the
power supply. See Figure 2-15.
