The Printer Setup Utility opens.
Click the
Speed Dial
tab.

Follow the instructions on the
Speed Dial
tab to add a new number to your speed dial list.
Using a Speed or Group Dial List
From the main menu, use the left and right
Arrow
buttons
to scroll to
Fax
, and then press the
Select
button
.

Use the keypad to enter the one- or two-digit speed dial number.

NOTE:
If you enter 1-99, the printer first checks the Phone Book to see if a contact exists for that
speed dial number. If a contact exists, the speed dial entry is used. If a contact does not exist, the
printer dials the number as entered.
Press the
Start
button
.

Line (On Hook Dial)
From the main menu, use the left and right

to scroll to
Fax
, and then press the

to make the printer go off hook.

Enter the number to which you want to send a fax.

The printer dials the numbers as they are entered on the keypad.

when you are ready to send the fax.
