Important:
The functions of the red and green LEDs described above refer to operation of the
flexx system with the proxSafe terminal!
Only the yellow status LED indicating the standard operating mode will be active
as long as the power is turned on, even if the system is being operated without the
proxSafe terminal!
3.13 Connect Door Contact
In order to allow the flexx system to control the front door, the door contact has to be
connected to the flexx backplane PCB.
Therefore two different jacks on the flexx backplane need to be connected to the (4-core) cable
coming from the door lock of the front door. The input „Door contact“ is used for the feedback
about the opening status of the front door (i.e. to report within the system, if the door is open or
closed) and the output „Door strike“ is responsible for unlocking the front door.
Connect as shown in the picture below:
Connect two cables (brown and white) to the
output “Door Strike” and two cables (green
and yellow) to the input “Door Contact”.
