The Epson LQ ESC/P2 printers do not print buffered data until vertical motion os detected.
Bold text from Display Write /36 and text generated by some programs may not appear bold.
To achieve bold, use a bold font, for example GFID 46, Courier Bold 10. Bold may also be
achieved by using the Printer substitution or ASCII Pass Through Features.
