VESSEL CLEANING:

After each sample: wipe the vessel clean with paper towel

LARGE LID O-RING (3K-4-016) :

Worst conditions:

2-5 samples

Average conditions: 40-50 samples

Good conditions:

100+ samples

CENTRE ELECTRODE (3K-4-036):

20-50 samples

OUTSIDE ELECTRODE (3K-4-037):

30-120 samples

TOP & BOTTOM O-RINGS (3K-4-022):

Worst conditions:

2-5 samples

Average conditions: 40-50 Samples

Good Conditions:

100+ samples

CAL3K-AP O-rings:

FAN CLEANING:

WEEKLY to MONTHLY depending residue build up
