Replacement Overview

Here is an overview of all the steps for installing a SS8460 system.

Safety

Preparation

Power down of the system.

Disconnect the SS8460 from the Storage Controllers or Expansion Enclosures.

Removal of Suspect SS8460 Chassis from Current Configuration.

Installation of New Replacement SS8460.
