238: C1 supply not identified
The printer cannot use the C1 ink ribbon installed.
Use a supply designed for this printer.
Press the U
SER
button on the printer to clear the message. On the PC, click Cancel.
239: C1 supply not supported
The printer model cannot use the C1 ink ribbon installed.
Use a supply designed for this printer model.
Press the U
SER
button on the printer to clear the message. On the PC, click Cancel.
240: C1 supply error
The C1 ink ribbon has encountered an error.
1.
Open the printer access door and remove the C1 ink ribbon cartridge.
2.
Reposition, repair, or replace the ink ribbon and advance the repaired area one full turn.
3.
Replace the ink ribbon cartridge.
4.
Close the printer access door.
Press the U
SER
button on the printer to clear the message. On the PC, click Retry, or click Cancel
to cancel the card.
