Cherry-pie egg rolls
Serves 4
Egg roll wrappers cook up nice and crispy in the air fryer. Be sure to line the bottom of the fryer
basket in case any filling leaks out. And resist the urge to bite into one as soon as it’s done—the filling
will be molten-hot! Serve warm or at room temperature.
Nonstick spray
2 cups frozen unsweetened dark cherries
1½ tbsp sugar
1. In medium microwave-safe bowl, toss cherries with sugar and cornstarch. Microwave on High
until bubbly and thick, about 4 minutes. Stir well. Place bowl in freezer for 10 minutes to cool
mixture.
2. On flat work surface, place 1 egg roll wrapper with the corners set vertically (pointing up and
down like a diamond shape). Moisten all edges with water. Spoon about ¼ scant cup of filling
horizontally across center of wrapper. Fold bottom corner of wrapper to center, over filling.
Roll up once to fully cover filling. Fold in left and right sides of wrapper to seal any loose ends,
and roll up. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Line Crisper Tray with nonstick foil or parchment paper. In Crisper
Drawer, arrange egg rolls, seam side down, and coat generously with nonstick spray. Air-fry
until tops are browned, 5 to 6 minutes. Turn egg rolls over and coat with nonstick spray. Air-fry
until browned, 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer to plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Chocolate, cherry & pecan
wontons
Serves 6
Nonstick spray
2 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp dried cherries
1 tbsp pecans
6 wonton wrappers
½ tsp powdered sugar
1. Roughly chop chocolate, cherries, and pecans. Transfer to small bowl; toss to combine.
2. On flat work surface, place 1 wonton wrapper with the corners set vertically (pointing up and
down like diamond shape). Moisten all edges of wrapper with water. Spoon rounded ½ tbsp
filling in center of wrapper; fold top of wrapper over filling to form triangle. Press down to seal;
repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place wontons in Crisper Drawer in single layer; coat generously
with nonstick spray. Air-fry until tops are browned, 5 to 6 minutes. Place on plate and let cool
for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
