Requests the state of the amplitude modulation
For example: ‘:AM:STATE OFF’

Sets the amplitude modulation ON or OFF
<value> = ON

[:SOURce]:AM:INTernal:FREQuency?
Requests the amplitude modulation frequency (in Hz)
For example: ‘:AM:INT:FREQ 1000’

Sets the amplitude modulation frequency

<value> = Down
