A fan motor line error is detected by checking the high-voltage fan motor rpm being detected by
the Hall IC.
Malfunction

Conditions

The fan does not start in 30 seconds even when the fan motor is running.

The system will be shut down if the error occurs 16 times.

Clearing condition: Continuous run for about 5 minutes (normal)
