adjuSting the clearance

between the upper and

lOwer bladeS

1. Loosen the three M16 nuts

holding the 38 gear and remove

them.

2. Adjust the clearance of the ro-

tating feeding shaft.



Right rotation: To widen the

clearance



Left rotation: To narrow the

clearance

3. After adjustment, place the bolts

and nuts to their original loca-

tions.

when removing the M16

nuts, place a spanner on the

ear-side discharge blades of

the feeding shaft. inserting

a tool between the 16 and

38 gears will damage the

shaft supporter.

1. never touch the reaping

blade unit.
