Used to display the ARP table.

Format

show arpentry {ipif <ipif_name 12> | ipaddress <ipaddr> | static}

Description

The

show arpentry

command displays the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) table. You can filter the

display by IP address, Interface name, or static entries.

Parameters

Description

ipif_name

The name of the IP interface the end node or station for which the

ARP table entry was made, resides on.

ipaddr

The IP address of the end node or station.

static

Displays the static entries to the ARP table.

If no parameter is specified, all ARP entries will be displayed.

Restrictions

None.
