Using this command resets the configurable 802.1X parameters to the default
values.

Syntax
None
Default
The default values are listed as following:
The authorization state on a controlled port is auto.
The direction of the traffic through a controlled port is bidirectional.
The number of maximum retransmit times which the switch will retransmit an
EAP request frame to the supplicant before restarting the authentication process
is 2.
The quiet-period, reauth-period, server-timeout, supp-timeout, and tx-period are
60, 3600, 30, 30, and 30 seconds, respectively.
Periodic re-authentication is disabled.

This command is only valid on physical port interface.
Example
The following example shows how to reset the IEEE 802.1X parameters on port
eth4.1.
Verify the settings by entering the
show dot1x auth-configuration
command.
Switch# configure terminal
Switch(config)# interface eth4.1
Switch(config-if)# dot1x default
