Use one of the optional keyword formats of the
clock summer-time
command to
configure the system time to automatically set the seasonal time adjustment
(daylight saving time). To disable automatic seasonal time adjustment, use the
no form of this command.

Usage Guideline
Use this command to automatically make seasonal time changes for the system
clock.
The
recurring
mode is used to make time adjustment to begin and end on a
specified week day, week and month. Use the
date
mode to make the time
change begin and end on specified calender dates. The syntax for both modes
uses the first portion of the parameter to express the beginning of the time
adjustment period while the ending of the period is expressed in the second
portion.
Syntax Description
recurring
Indicates that a summer seasonal time change should start and end on the
specified day and week of the specified month. For example: summer time
adjustment begins Sunday in the first week of April.
date
Indicates that summer time should start and end on the specified date of the
specified month.
WEEK
Week of the month (1 to 4 or last).
DAY
Day of the week (sun, mon, and so on).
DATE
Date of the month (1 to 31).
MONTH
Month (by name , January, February, and so on).
HH:MM
Time (24 hours format ) in hours and minutes.
OFFSET
(Optional) Number of minutes to add during summer time (default is 60)The
range of offset is 30, 60, 90 and 120.
