3.3.9 CMSIS-DAP
The FM0+ S6E1C-Series Starter Kit features an on-board CMSIS-DAP module to enable
programming and debugging of the FM0+ S6E1C3 MCU. The CMSIS-DAP firmware solution
supports full JTAG configuration and two-wire Serial Wire Debug (SWD) interface. On this kit the
CMSIS-DAP supports SWD only as the FM0+ S6E1C3 MCU has just the SWD interface. The
CMSIS-DAP module can also power the FM0+S6E1C-Series Starter kit via the CN3 connector,
when pin 1 and pin 2 of Jumper J4 are shorted.
Pin 45 is a multiplexed pin, it is connected to Pin 26 of MB9AF312K by default via Jumper jp2.

Note:
The SOT1_1 and SIN1_1 are connected to S6E1C3 SIN0_1 and SOT0_1 respectively,
which enables the UART communication between S6E1C3 and CMSIS-DAP. However this pin
arrangement does not support serial programming of the S6E1C3 using the FLASH MCU
Programmer on this board.
