Slide the Cup Holder onto either side of
the Child Restraint where indicated by
the Cup Holder icon.
USE PLASTIC CONTAINERS ONLY - No glass or metal containers. Only
use cups with less than 12 oz. capacity. Never place cups that contain
hot liquids in the cup holder. Never place sharp or pointed objects in
the cup holder. In a crash, these objects could hit you or your child
and cause serious injuries.

4. CHECK YOUR WORK.
With your hand holding the seat shell at the
Forward-Facing Belt Path, as shown, try to
move the Child Restraint from side to side.
Then, holding the seat shell at each
Forward-Facing Belt Path, try to
move the Restraint forward.
If you can move the Child Restraint more
than 1 in. (2.5 cm) from the aircraft seat back
or side to side
at the belt path,
the aircraft
seat belt is not tight enough, and you
MUST
install again until the aircraft seat belt is tight.

5. OPEN CHEST CLIP.
After securing your child with the harness,
open the chest clip.
In order to comply with FAA regulation for
Portable Electronic Devices (PED), the
SensorSafe Chest Clip
MUST
be opened
before take-off.
Note:
Make sure the harness straps are tight
before opening the chest clip.
