3. FASTEN THE AIRCRAFT SEAT 

BELT, THEN REMOVE ALL SLACK 
FROM THE BELT.

The aircraft seat belt must be as tight 
as possible. Using your full weight, 

push the Child Restraint firmly onto the 

aircraft seat while pulling on the seat 
belt to tighten. Route the excess seat 
belt strap through the Rear-Facing Belt 
Path opening.

2. ROUTE AIRCRAFT SEAT BELT 

THROUGH REAR-FACING BELT 
PATH.

Route the aircraft seat belt buckle 
through the blue Rear-Facing Belt Path 
opening on one side and continue 
through the opening on the opposite 
side of the Child Restraint, as shown.

Route the aircraft seat belt UNDER the 
seat padding and behind the Crotch 
Strap when Crotch Strap is located in 
either rear or forward position.
