Program Overview
The Weight Loss program is designed for low to medium intensity training that the user can sustain for
an extended period of time. It builds from a low intensity baseline to include segments of higher
resistance. The different resistance levels provide for periods of higher expenditure and training without
the introduction of undue fatigue allowing the user to perform for longer periods of time. See Figure 8.
