C. Align the shoe and follow bar as
shown in Figure 10A.
D. Rotate the shoe onto the follow bar
as shown in Figure 10B.
E. Slide the shoe along the follow bar
until the clevis mounting holes are
located underneath the clevis as
shown in Figure 10C.
