Crestron Pyng OS 2 for CP4-R

If the system detects an issue with the device, a caution icon

is shown.

Gateways

Tap the Gateways tab to view all of the gateways that are paired with the Crestron

Pyng system. The Gateways tab also provides an option for viewing the system of paired

Sonos devices. Each gateway reports its network status and firmware status.

Diagnostics Screen - Gateways Tab

The following status information is provided for each gateway:

•

If the gateway is online and detected by the system, a green network icon

shown in the box to the far right of the device name.

•

If the gateway is offline or not detected by the system, a network icon with a red
x

is shown.

•

If the gateway is running an outdated firmware version that is not supported by
the system, a red computer chip icon

is shown.

•

If the system detects an issue with the gateway, a caution icon

is shown.
