Specifically, this warranty does not cover
failures of the product which result from
accident, abuse, misuse, alterations (by
persons other than Creative or its authorized
repair agents), moisture, corrosive
environments, shipping, high voltage surges,
or abnormal working conditions. This
warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
You are specifically advised to take a backup
copy of any software provided with the
Creative product for security purposes.

Note: This warranty gives you specific
legal rights. You may have other rights
which vary from country to country. Certain
limitations in this warranty are not
