B. Press “START” on “READY” or “HEATER IS OFF” screen to initiate
the mask decontamination cycle as sequenced:
The operator is asked whether the CIR thermal sensor logger is to be run
with the load. Three choices are provided:
(1)
If
“No”
: The following screen sequence and operation is employed:

“Cancel”
: The screen reverts to “HEATER IS OFF” display.
(3) If
Yes
, insert the CIR logger into the USB port at bottom of front right
panel which indicates that the CIR has been initialized for the next
reprocessing cycle. The screen also reminds the operator to push the
button on the CIR logger until the word “Log” or the temperature appears
on the LCD logger screen to ensure that it is in recording mode. Place the
CIR logger next to or underneath a mask within the tray, close the door,
turn handle counterclockwise to full vertical position.
Press OK to initiate decontamination cycle as sequenced below. (Pressing
“Cancel” returns operator to “HEATER IS OFF” screen.)
