TROUBLESHOOTING
Malfunctions can occur due to incorrect operation of the bidet or other minor reasons, and may
not mean the product is broken. Check the following items to resolve such problem without
assistance from the service center. If you cannot resolve the problem after checking the
following items, please contact the service center.
Problem Check Possible Solutions
The product is not
working.
• Is the power plug disconnected? Plug the power plug into an electrical outlet.
• Is there a power outage?
Check whether or not there is a power
outage.
• Is the product turned off?
Turn on the product. After the product is
being switched off, the remote control does
not work.
• Does the LED flash when you press a remote
control button?
When the batteries are dead the LED flashes
twice whenever a button is pressed.
Put new batteries in the remote control.
• Does the LED light up when you press a
remote control button?
The remote control will not work after a
certain period of time has passed after the
batteries die.
Put new batteries in the remote control.
• Is the remote control turned off?
Put new batteries in the remote control.
Contact the Coway service center if the
problem persists after the batteries are
replaced.
No water is coming
out.
• Is the water supply valve closed? Open the valve for the main water supply.
• Is the nozzle clogged with foreign
substances?
Clean the nozzle apertures with a toothbrush
to remove any foreign substances.
• No water is coming out immediately after
installation.
Check whether or not there is a water cut.
(Please wait as it takes 1-2 minutes to fill the
water tank immediately after installation.)
The water pressure is
too weak.
• Is the water pressure being set to low? Adjust the pressure level.
• Is the nozzle clogged with foreign
substances?
Clean the nozzle apertures with a toothbrush
to remove any foreign substances.
• Is the filter clogged with foreign substances? Replace the filter.
The toilet seat and
the cleansing water
are not warm.
• Is the seat/warm water temperature set to
"Off"?
Press the Seat/Warm Water Temperature
button to adjust the temperature settings.
The air from the dryer
is cold.
• Is the air dryer temperature set to "Off"?
Press the Dry Temperature button to adjust
the temperature appropriately.
Water is leaking out
from parts other than
the nozzle.
• Is water leaking from the T-shaped
connector?
Check whether the rubber washers are
inserted into the T-shaped connector, then
firmly retighten the nuts.
• Water is leaking from the connection points
in the bidet hose.
Push in the bidet hose at the connection
points.
• Water is leaking from the filter. Check whether or not the filter is damaged.
