4.6 Thermal simulation model

■

We offers a thermal simulation model that can be used for thermal design.
It shows the simulation model and the simulation example of BRFS30 and BRFS50 below.
These model will enable thermal design on simulation using ANSYS icepack.
Please contact our customer support for more information or request of the simulation model.
