If the temperature T3 goes below [set value of parameter 4]-2°C the
Heating Element switches on again to keep the water temperature T3
within the following range: [value of parameter 4]-2°C ≤ T3 ≤ [value of
parameter 4], for the set disinfection time (set value of parameter 5). After
this time interval, the unit exits the treatment, the timer is reset and the
counting for the next cycle starts.
Note: if the antibacterial cycle program lasts more than 3 hours, it will be
forcedly stopped. It is NOT possible to force the antibacterial cycle at any
moment nor enable/disable the antibacterial treatment.
It is possible to change the day of the week of the cycle by disconnecting
and connecting again the unit on the desired day in order to reset the
cycle repeat period.
At the end of every antibacterial cycle, the value of parameter H increases
by a unit.
10.2.6 Autostart function
The Autostart function allows to automatically restart the unit after a
switch-off caused by the lack of voltage. This function is always enabled.
10.2.7 ON/OFF
function for machine activation from timer or external
contact
In a system consisting of several integrative sources, it is necessary to
establish a priority order for using them and usually it depends on a cost-
benefit evaluation.
For instance, in case of a solar plant, it can be convenient to use the
solar energy as first source and, when it becomes insufficient, activate
the Heat Pump.
To this purpose, the unit features the TIMER function, which allows
switch-on/switch-off at a scheduled time
To set the switch-on and off time, press the [TIMER] key
once, the
clock dial
and the icon L10 [Timer ON] will flash.
Press the [TIMER] key
again, the time dial
will start flashing; use
the buttons
and
to set the desired switch-on time.
Press the [TIMER] key
again, the minute dial
will start flashing;
use the buttons
and
to set the minutes of the desired time.
Press the [TIMER] key
again to confirm the set time. The icon L11
[Timer ON] will stop flashing and, at the same time, the clock dial
and the icon L11 [Timer OFF] will flash.
Use the same procedure to set the switch-off time.
To cancel the TIMER function: enter the timer programming mode; press
the [TIMER] key
, then press the [CLOCK] key
in programming
mode to deactivate the TIMER function.
NOTE:
1) The switch-on time and the switch-off time can be set at the same
time.
2) The timer settings are repeated every day.
3) The timer settings are still valid after an unexpected black-out.
During the clock setting, the [TIMER] key
does not work.
The unit features also a digital input (voltage-free contact) on the base
board, between the terminals KEIN-GND, which receives the enabling
signal from an external source.

• if the contact KEIN-GND is OPEN, the unit waits to receive the input to
start.
• if the contact KEIN -GND is CLOSED, the unit can start normally.
Warning: if the ON/OFF function FROM TIMER OR
EXTERNAL CONTACT is active, the Heat Pump will be on
and produce Domestic Hot Water only during the set time
interval, remaining off for the rest of the day, unless it is manually
activated.
