ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
Purchaser by acceptance of CONMED’s
offer does acknowledge and agree to the
terms and conditions contained herein. All
matters involving the validity, interpretation
and application of this agreement shall
be controlled by the laws of the State of
New York. Using any filter not offered by
CONMED may cause damage to the systems
and will be cause for voiding the warranty.
JURISDICTION:
Purchaser hereby consents to the jurisdiction
of the New York Courts with respect to
any controversy or dispute arising out of
this agreement or the merchandise sold
hereunder.
