FAULT
Troubleshooting:
Opening of devices and replacement of parts subject to water pressure must only
be performed by licensed persons to ensure the safety and leak-tightness of the
devices.
Fault Cause Remedy
Control sensor does not close, e.g.
if the manual pushbutton is
pressed.
No mains voltage (all LEDs off). Ensure power supply unit OK!
Control sensor defective. Notify customer service!
Control sensor does not open if
the manual pushbutton is
pressed.
No mains voltage (all LEDs off). Ensure power supply unit OK!
Control sensor defective.
Notify customer service!
Unplug the power supply unit,
manually turn the shut-off valve
to the desired position (see
chapter 6.11 “EMERGENCY ON
FUNCTION”)!
The red “Fault” LED illuminates.
Control sensor defective, the
open or closed position can no
longer be reached.
Unplug the power supply unit and
plug back in after a short period! If
the error occurs again, notify cus-
tomer service!
Unplug the power supply unit,
manually turn the shut-off valve
to the desired position (see
chapter 6.11 “EMERGENCY ON
FUNCTION”)!
The red “Fault” LED illuminates
and one LED row also flashes.
DIP switch set incorrectly. Only
one contact of the 6-way DIP
switch may be closed.
Set the DIP switch according to
chapter 6.3 “SETTING OF THE
LIMIT VALUES”!
“Flow” LED does not flash, al-
though water is flowing.
Turbine blocked or electrical cir-
cuit defective.
Notify customer service!
