14 - Servicing
The Jump repeater housing must be opened carefully (the housing
screws are equipped with an individual O-ring which should not be lost).
If the housing seal is damaged, the unit should be removed from use until
the seal is replaced.
Failure to do so may result in liquid, dust or foreign matter getting into the
unit and damaging the Jump repeater.
Damage or downgraded operation of the Jump repeater can result if the
repeater is used in an environment containing polymer solvents or glues.
Clean the Jump repeater by eliminating any foreign matter which may be
deposited on it.
Only use non aggressive cleaning product on base of soapy solution.
15 - Battery
• There is a risk of explosion if battery is replaced by a battery of an
incorrect type
. Only battery

supplied by jay electronique is
suitable.
• Do not expose the battery to temperature above 50°C(122°F) .
• Do not open or attempt to modify the battery.
• Failure to follow instructions may cause fire or explosion .
• Please respect the dispose of used batteries as directed.
