To move the panel into the cable payout position: first, pull out the red latch slightly to release
the tray; then, while holding the red latch out, push the tray back slightly and continue pushing

until the tray locks into the payout position. At this point, the spool locking tab will no longer be

protruding from the side of the panel and the cable can be paid out.
