Call Logging with Portable PIN enabled

When the Portable PIN option is not activated the current Call logging output is retained (see
section Call Logging).
When Portable Pin is set on the Call Logging output is modified. A column is added which shows
the Index number of the PIN used to make a call.

The Call Logging output when Portable Pin is activated is:-
