Options module is fitted and S0 stations. Select those Stations to be programmed in the
group. Select the Central Bell if it is to be included.

If Hunt Group is chosen select the type of Hunting for the Group, Linear, Circular or
Longest Idle. A solid diamond indicates which type of Hunt Group is currently set. Select
the type of group required. For Linear and Circular select the required stations in order
of priority, as this will determine the order the stations will be rung within the group. The
length of time that each station is rung before stepping on to the next station in the
group can be changed from the default of 15 seconds by changing the 'Hunt Timer',
which can be found in 'System Programming' under 'System', 'Timers'.
Note:
When a Standard Phone has been assigned to multiple hunt groups, the code to log
in/out of individual hunt groups is 723 followed by the group number (180-199).
Logging In and Out of Hunt Groups
When an Station is programmed as a member of a hunt group the option to log in or out is
shown on the display of the phone.
When “Log In/Out” is selected you are presented with a menu showing the groups that you
are a member of. Those with a solid diamond are the groups you are logged in to. Select
the Station you want to log in to or out of.
Note: When an standard telephone has been assigned to a hunt group, the code to log
in/out to the hunt group is 723 followed by the group directory number (180 - 199).
To log in to all groups you are a member of dial 723*1.
To log out of all groups you are a member of dial 723*0.
Associating Lines with Groups or Stations for Incoming Ringing
By associating lines with Groups or Individual Stations you can have lines ringing different
groups, or Individual Stations, in Day and Night modes.

From the Programming Station, press the PROGRAM Key

Press the Scroll Down Key (
) until ‘System programming’ is displayed

Select ‘System programming’
•
Enter the System Programming Password and select 'Lines'
•
Select ‘Incoming Ringing’
•
Select the line or Access
•
Select ‘Day’, Night’, or ‘Day and Night’
•
If the Line is to ring an individual Station, select Station and then the required Station. If
the Line is to be presented to a group select Group and then the required Group.
The default is that all lines and Accesses ring Group 1 in both Day and Night Modes.
Fax Line / Station
If your Commander Connect is equipped with standard Analogue lines, and you wish to use a
fax machine, it is recommended that one of the Analogue lines is allocated as a fax line with the
number publicised accordingly.
Firstly, program the switch to route all calls received on this Line directly to an Individual Station
and equip this Station with your fax machine. The Line will also be available to make outgoing
calls as normal. You can then restrict the number of Stations that have access to this Line for
making calls to ensure that the Line is generally available to receive faxes.
