VERVE LED

Negative Pressure System Working

Pressure adjustment setting has to be done at two stages, first in the negative pressure control board and
secondly in the pressure display meter mounted near this board.

There are two display meters mounted in the machine. The first meter is available near the control board
which displays the exact negative pressure value. Similarly, the second meter is placed on the carriage
which helps in setting and displaying the maximum negative value set.

If a particular pressure value is set (eg. -3.0) the negative pressure pump will create vacuum and the
negative air pressure will be stored in reservoir tank. Whenever the pressure goes lower than -3.0, the
negative pressure pump will be switched ON for the time period, to maintain the set value.

If current pressure value crosses max value set, it will leak pressure with the help of protection valve.
