10. Switch ON Procedure
Follow these steps to switch ON the printer:
Step 1:
Check and maintain the room temperature for smooth printing operations.
Step 2:
Check Ink Level.
Step 3:
Release the
Emergency
button, if pressed.
Step 4:
Switch ON the printer from the main power and MCB. The automatic initialization of the machine
gets started. Firstly, the machine initializes the
Z Axis
by moving in upward direction and then move
toward
Y Axis
and
X Axis
. Finally, gantry comes back to the Home position.
If printer is successfully initialized, then the following screen appears with the Ready message, as shown
below:

If service engine finds any problem during machine initialization or printer not initialize properly, kindly
refer to the
“Printer Not Initializ
ing
”
section of the Troubleshooting.
Step 5:
Switch ON the Chiller unit, as shown below:

Step 6
: Set the
Media Height
for printing (Refer to the
Setting Media Height
section).
