Print Head Maintenance
Print Head is a delicate part which needs to be cleaned as per the recommended methods to have
long life and to ensure consistent print quality. Below sections give recommended steps to clean the
Print Heads.
Head Blotting
In Head Blotting, extra ink below the Print Heads is to be soaked using the Head Cleaning Wiper. The
Head Wiping option is shown in the image below:

On cleaning the above option, the
Manual Clean Form
appears as shown below:

Using the above window, user can set cleaning parameters like X distance, wiper position, wiper
speed, and more. Additionally, user can also clean a particular color head or all heads by selecting the
option shown in the above image.
