11. Enter the following fields to create a new user;
• Name: This will be displayed as the user’s name in IP Office Manager, and is
used as the username for SIP registration when configuring the
Centry device.
• Extension: This should match the Base Extension configured for the SIP exten-
sion in Step 8. This is also used as the phone number when configuring the
Centry device.
12. Select the Telephony tab and then the Call Settings sub-tab. Disable Call
Waiting On and Answer Call Waiting on Hold. Call waiting is not supported on
the Centry device.
