6.2 Replacement
6.2.1 Thermocouple
1) Remove control knob.
2) Undo the two screws at the bottom of the
control panel, and remove.

6.1.2 Side Panel
1) Unscrew and remove the two screws near the
bottom of the side panel to be removed.
2) Lift the side panel and remove from the
salamander.

1) Remove the side panel (Refer Item 6.1.2).
2) Unscrew the thermocouple from the side panel
of the salamander and withdraw the thermo-
couple from the burner area.
3) Unscrew the thermocouple from the rear of the
gas valve and remove the thermocouple from
the salamander.
4) Replace and re-assemble the thermocouple in
reverse order.

IMPORTANT:
WHEN SCREWING THERMOCOUPLE BACK INTO
THE GAS CONTROL, ONCE THREADED UP, TIGHT-
EN UP ANOTHER ¼ TURN ONLY.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
