1 Inspect exterior condition of the unit.
2 Check working gas pressure is correct to figures shown on rating plate. Pressure _____ kPa.
3 Inspect burner ceramic plaques for signs of cracking.
4a Inspect thermocouples.
4b Replace thermocouples (every 12 months).
5 Check injectors are clean and free from blockages.
6 Re-grease gas cocks.
7 Check for tightness of gas connections.
8 Check for gas leaks.
9 Check the piezo ignition functions correctly.
