other way would be setting up for remote access through your router or modem manually.
Start by registering a new user at www.MyEasyIP.com . The site will prompt you to install a plugin. Perform the
download and install the plugin. You will not need to do this again on the desktop/laptop you are currently on.
Once completed, remember this username and
password combination as you will use it to access
your device remotely. We now need to add the
device to your account. This will be done by using its
serial number. You can find this on the back of the
device or on the original box.
Note: Be sure you followed the directions to get the
device first on your local network. Assure internet
access is working throughout this local network
before adding the device to your account.
Follow the input boxes and assure the proper
information is entered.

Device Name: Nick name for the entry

S/N: Serial number for the product

Device User: Username of the device we are
connecting to. The default should be ‘ admin ’
(lower case)
x
Password: The password belonging to the
user you entered for the device. The default
for the ‘ admin ’ account is ‘ admin ’ (lower
case)
If success
ful, the device status should show ‘online’.
You will see a small ‘play’ button by the device’s
name. If you click it, it should pop up a new window
(be sure you allow pop ups from the website). It will
default to your ‘Live’ view. You may click on a
channel name/number on the left to begin
streaming. You may also use the ‘playback’ function
to play previous recorded clips from the device.
Note: You may use our mobile/desktop applications
to import all devices under your user account of
www.MyEasyIP.com . You can then stream live and
playback without having to put any IP/port
information at all! Consult the manuals of our current
software offerings to learn more.
