WARNINGS FOR CORRECT PROGRAMMING
• Before any programming is carried out, make certain that
the RF Units are correctly connected with the remote control
(see “Connections” chapter in the instruction manual for the
relative RF Unit).
• The selection of programmes A and B on the same day could result
in two solenoid valves being opened at the same time: if the flow
rate provided by the water supply is less than adequate, the quality of
irrigation could be affected in this situation.
• The system does not indicate when two valves are open together: to
avoid this eventuality, if not required, make sure that the Run Times
of the two programmes A and B do not overlap, or activate only one
programme per day.
• If RF Units 1 and 2 are connected to the same water pipeline, avoid settings
that result in the relative solenoid valves being open at the same time.
• The appearance of four dashes
in the display indicates
that an attempted operation is not permitted.
• The appearance of the
ERR
symbol indicates an ERROR in the
RF connection when programming/connecting/testing the RF Unit.
After creating or changing a programme, transfer the new pa-
rameters to the RF Units installed in the field
(see “Transmis-
sion of watering parameters and settings to the RF Units” on
page 76).
Once the RF Unit has been updated, the new parameters will
be applied automatically.
