If you use an incorrect cable to connect to the phone USB port, third-party accessories such as keyboards or
a mouse may not work. When buying these products, look for Benson Approved and OTG cables. Any cables
or adapters must be USB certified and built to the USB-C specification.

Home Screen
The home screen is the first screen that you see after you unlock the phone. It may differ slightly based on
customizations, but contains the following general areas:
• The top of the screen contains the status bar, which displays the time and icons that give you information
about the status of your phone and notifications.
• The body of the screen contains commonly used apps and widgets such as a phone, web browser, and
camera. It also includes a collection of the custom
Cisco
apps. Other apps may also appear on the body
of the home screen, depending on what apps and widgets your system administrator installs.
• The bottom of the screen contains navigation controls.
