12. Carefully route the wires and maintain the gap between the wires and the wires to the metal
cover.
The wires (A in the image below) must sit in center of grommets (B in the image below) and
maintain a minimum distance of 8 mm (0.3 inches) between the wires and the wires to the
metal shield.
13. Connect the lamp connector to the integrator board.
14. Re-install the disinfecting module (on page 17).
15. Reset the lamp hours.
a) Ensure you are logged into CounterAct Configure with the installer account.
b) From the homepage, select Fixture.
c) From the Fixture page, select Reset life.
d) From the Reset life dialog, select the lamp you want to reset.
The fixture life is reset.
16. Ensure you dispose of lamps according to local regulations.
Replacing a fixture
Follow these steps to replace a fixture.
1. Remove the malfunctioning fixture (on page 18) from the receiver box.
2. Install the replacement fixture (on page 17) in the receiver box.
3. Open CounterAct Configure.
4. Select the room you want to add the fixture to.
Note the ID/name of the fixture not connected to the network as this is the fixture you
removed. Only one fixture should be listed.
5. Select Add fixture (+).
