3. Using a closed wrench or socket wrench, remove the
nut (K) and the nut (L) in that order, and then remove
the cutting blade.
4. Place a new cutting blade under the stay, and insert
the square spherical head bolt into the blade from the
underside.
5. Insert the collar (M) and the cap (N) onto the square
spherical head bolt.
6. Install the nut (L) and tighten it to specified torque.
7. Install the nut (K) and tighten it to specified torque.
Specified torque:
M12 : 450 ~ 550kgf • cm
7.10 Maintenance After Use
Normal use
● Remove all dirt, water and foreign objects from the body. Do not use water to wash the engine, the
operation panel, or the filling plugs / caps. Water will damage parts and cause rust.
● Cover the vehicle with a water-proof sheet when placing it outdoors.
In cold season
● Remove all dirt, water and foreign objects from the body. Any remaining dirt will freeze and cause
malfunctions. Place the vehicle on a concrete floor, dry firm ground or wooden blocks.
● Cover the vehicle with a water-proof sheet when placing it outdoors.
Maintenance
2. To prevent the cutting blade from rotating during
maintenance, rotate blade by hand and insert a strong
bar such as a screwdriver into the hole (I) of the cutting
blade stay.
Check and replace square neck spherical head bolt after
heavy wear.
