4.2) Storage

When not in use, the tool should be stored and transported in the metal case, to prevent
damage. Metal case:

6,7 kg (14.7 lbs).
4.3) Head rotation
For ease of operation, the tool head can rotate through 335°, allowing the operator to work
in the most comfortable position.
Warning: Do not attempt to turn the head if the hydraulic circuit is pressurised.
5. BLADE REPLACEMENT
(Ref. to Fig. 2)
After extended use, the blades may lose their cutting edge.
Replace the blades as follows:
– Operate the motor so to advance the ram until the pins (38) of the blades are visible
(Fig. 2a).
– Remove circlips (37) and extract the pins (38); to ease the operation it may be
necessary to bend the rubber hand grip (34).
– Remove the nut (84), 2 spacers (92), 2 pins (94) so to extract the central pin (85) and
free the blades.
– Disassemble the blade guide (39) keeping aside the screw (36).
– Assemble the new blades (35) the pivot (85) and pins (94).
– Lock the pin (85) with the nut (84) washer (93) and spacer.
– Assemble the 2 pins (38) and stopping them with circlips (37).
– Assemble the blade guide (39).
– At the end of the operation, press on the release lever to withdraw the ram.
