– Cleaning and greasing of all movable parts
– Releasing tension of V-belts, checking and/or replacing
– Checking V-belt pulleys
– Light greasing of spindle for cutting depth adjustment

Transporting the joint cutter CF-12.4 E-TR
Please observe the following points for the joint cutter’s transport:
• Transport the joint cutter only when the motor is shut down!
Push emergency stop button, disconnect joint cutter from power supply (power plug).
• Dismount the diamond saw blade to prevent damages.
• Make sure all joint cutter components are tightly fixed!
For a space-saving storage of the joint cutter please observe the following:
• Remove the push handle.
• Turn the cutting shaft (without diamond saw blade) with hand crank down to its stop.
• Lift respectively dismantle the pointer.
For transporting/loading the joint cutter, e. g. in an estate car, carry the machine with 2 persons at the carrying de-
vices of the push handle and the front transport grip (fig. 5.5).
After transport and completion of the joint cutter check if all screws and connections are well tightened!
