9. Manutenzione
Manutenzione preventiva
CASTELLINI S.p.A., in qualità di costruttore di complessi odontoiatrici, in accordo alle normative del settore I.E.C. 60601-1 Ed. Seconda, I.E.C.
62353 ed alla Direttiva MDD 93/42 (e
successive modifi che intervenute)
sui dispositivi medici, prescrive che le verifi che per la manutenzione preven-
tiva, specifi cate nel Manuale di Servizio Tecnico e nel Libretto Garanzia e Manutenzione allegato al complesso odontoiatrico, vengano effettuate da
personale tecnico autorizzato, almeno una volta ogni 12 mesi.
ATTENZIONE!
Eventuali riparazioni, modifi che o manomissioni, durante il periodo di garanzia, effettuate da personale non autorizzato da CASTELLINI
S.p.A., determinano il decadimento della garanzia stessa.
Verifi che di sicurezza.
In conformità alla norma I.E.C. 62353, le verifi che di sicurezza, specifi cate nel Manuale di Servizio Tecnico e nel Libretto Garanzia e Manutenzione
allegato al complesso odontoiatrico, dovranno essere effettuate con la periodicità dettata dalla normativa locale vigente; in assenza di indicazioni
specifi che, CASTELLINI S.p.A., in qualità di costruttore di complessi odontoiatrici, suggerisce una verifi ca almeno ogni 24 mesi all’installazione e
dopo ogni intervento di riparazione/aggiornamento a carico delle parti elettriche a cui è applicata la tensione di rete.
ATTENZIONE!
La mancata osservazione di queste prescrizioni, può far decadere la responsabilità del costruttore su eventuali danni o malfunzionamenti
delle apparecchiature.
9.1. Manutenzione degli strumenti
Le istruzioni di manutenzione degli strumenti sono allegate ad ogni strumento.
ATTENZIONE!
Si consiglia di eseguire le operazioni di manutenzione degli strumenti con apparecchiatura spenta.
9.2. Scarico della condensa
Questa operazione va effettuata giornalmente, prima di iniziare il lavoro.
Operare come segue:
• mettere un recipiente sotto al rubinetto [
a
] posto sotto la parte idrico,
• svitare il pomello del rubinetto,
• una volta fi nito il gocciolamento, chiudere il rubinetto serrando a fondo.
9.3. Filtri aspirazione chirurgica
ATTENZIONE!
Procedere alle seguenti operazioni indossando SEMPRE i guanti per
prevenire eventuali contatti con materiale infetto.
All'inizio di ogni giornata lavorativa.
Inserire all’interno di ogni fi ltro [
d
] una pastiglia di
VF CONTROL PLUS
[

].
Alla fi ne di ogni giornata lavorativa.
Procedere alla pulizia dei fi ltri operando come segue:
• Aprire lo sportellino [
c
] protezione fi ltri.
• Estrarre i due fi ltri [
d
].
• Pulire/sostituire ogni fi ltro (codice 97290068).
NOTA: lo sportellino [ c ] può essere rimosso per essere utilizzato
come vassoio per il fi ltro estratto.
• Rimontare i due fi ltri facendo attenzione ad eliminare eventuali residui di
amalgama dall'imbocco della sede di ogni fi ltro.
• Richiudere lo sportellino [
c
].
NOTA: onde evitare possibili gocciolamenti di liquidi e secreti dal
fi ltro che viene estratto, è buona norma, eseguire le suddette operazioni
con la cannula in funzione.
