ANSWER A CALL DURING PLAYBACK

If you receive an incoming call during message playback:

RECORD A MEMO

You can record a memo for another household member or a reminder for yourself. A memo can be
recorded up to five minutes in length and played at the machine or in remote operation. The memo will
be stamped with the time and day it was recorded. Recorded memos are played along with the incoming
messages in the order in which they were recorded.

The TA-119 allows you to record important telephone conversations while using the speakerphone. The
conversation will be stamped with the time and day it was recorded. If the call is not answered at the
speakerphone, see "SWITCH FROM AN EXTENSION PHONE TO SPEAKERPHONE."
