*M Inactivity Data Monitor
This command controls a disconnect timer that will clear the call if
the modem has not seen any data for a period of time.
*M0
Data monitor disabled. Default.
*M1 Transmitted data (from DTE) is monitored.
*M2 Received data (from line) is monitored.
*M3
Both transmitted data and received data are
monitored.
*M4 Unconditional abort.
The length of monitoring time is stored in S-register S37, which can
be set between 0 and 255 minutes. Unconditional abort will cause a
disconnection after the timeout in S37 expires, regardless of data
activity.
