Normally only used in V.22/V.22bis modes, this command allows
you to set the guard tone frequency.

Guard tone disabled. Default.

Guard tone is 550 Hz.

&G2

Guard tone is 1800 Hz.

T/2 Equaliser

This command is used to enable or disable the T/2 equaliser.

/G0

T/2 equaliser disabled.

/G1

T/2 equaliser enabled. Default.

Normally enabled for short and medium length circuits. Very long
and international circuits with significant line echoes will operate
better with T/2 disabled.
